Im just wondering.. how fattening is a shnitzee sandwhich..theyre sooooooooo good and i eat them all the time..hwo many calories would you say?
Aren’t they required to provide you with nutrition information on request?
I’d guess 700-1000. But it could just as easily be 2000 as far as I’d know.
10,000 calories, give or take 1,000 (depends on which sauces you put on)
It really depends on how you have your sandwich made.
A whole wheat sub is going to have less calories. Regardless, the real calories come from the sauces that they add in abundance.
I’d say about 700 calories with no sauces. Add 300-1000 calories depending on how many, and what sauces you add. But you should really ask them.
I heard one guy lost tons of weight by only eating subs (from Subway)so I guess these things can’t be too bad!
