I was wondering if there is such a thing as a shomer shabbos agency that provides people trained in kashrus and shabbos etc. for the jewish elderly who need this service? A friends parents need help,but dont want to bring in just anyone. Also,does anyone know if there are shomer shabbos home attendants?

I think Revival based in brooklyn has Shomer Shabbat attendants if you ask.
Having a shomer Shabbos doesn’t always help you if you need melochos done..
there are plenty of HHA’s who have experience with frum homes.. do ur research.. ask around..

Yesterday, a friend here in Jerusalem told me that she paired up a elderly widow with a woman that was converting.
The woman that was converting & the family of the widow became so close that they “adopted” her into their family. And when the convert married a rabbi, the people in attendance didn’t understand/believe that the convert wasn’t a part of their actual family.
Maybe if you ask a rabbi that you trust if there is a potential candidate like this.
