What happens if the siyum hashas gets rained out or poured out? The Metlife has no retractable roof so forget about it. Are the bleachers under some sort of awning? Certainly the people on the grass are up the creek.

Imagine thunder and lightning. How will they postpone this thing?

880 said today there is a 40% chance of thunder showers on Wednesday (i think they said thunder) and it will be 80 degrees or so…at the end of a hot day the rain comes down in buckets…

I heard that they will decide Wednesday morning weather or not to push it off to Thursday.

Yes, I spelled that wrong on purpose 🙂

The forecast is saying that Thursday (the rain date) will have dry weather, while Wednesday (the original date) will be thunderstorms.

I just spoke to someone on the Agudah Siyum Hashas Hotline & was told the Siyum is still on for tomorrow night as scheduled. However if it gets rained out the raine date is on Thursday. The person I spoke to also told me that if there is any updated information I could call the Agudah Hotline @ (877)siyum12 after 6:00 P.M. today & there will be a message.

Had they gone with the TRUE date of the Siyum, which is really Thursday, there would be no problems or worries. Why make it a day earlier?
