Great opportunity to go skunk hunting. Knows has been turned off. I also feel for the ‘nachash’. Everything I eat tastes the same. So why do people talk lashon hora?

I’m sorry for you.
Maybe Hashem wants to show you how much benefit you get from your nose so you should start saying Asher Yatzar with more kavana
February 12, 2012 3:02 am at 3:02 am #850887HaLeiViParticipantActualy, you are just the opposite of the Nachash. The tongue has four tastes: bitter, sour, sweat, salty. Many other aspects of taste come the smell. The Nachash had its taste taken away but not its smell, as is clear from many Gemaros discussing how the Nachash likes wine and good meat.

February 12, 2012 4:08 am at 4:08 am #850889☕️coffee addictParticipantbasically HaLeivi is saying you’re worse than the Nachash
February 12, 2012 4:51 am at 4:51 am #850890ZeesKiteParticipantHaLeiVi, maybe you misunderstood. Part of the bracha “if one gets stuffed…”. Stuffed knows. Stuffed head. You nose what I mean.

February 12, 2012 3:45 pm at 3:45 pm #850893ZeesKiteParticipantMOD42, a bit too gory. (Are there mods to the mods?) And why would I want to hurt a cute fluffy little skunkie, now?

You can use its tail and fur to make a nice shtreimel. And you can feed its meat to starving children in Africa (not the lost Jewish onesof course).
