Any info on this? which stores in Brooklyn are part of this offer?

All the stores and all the non profit organizations that accept amex is part of this program.
Non profit org’s will have people working the whole sat evening taking amex donations.

Do you count your days from midnight to midnight like the christians?
c”v. I forgot that Shabbos ends kind of early, so maybe the stores will still be open at night. This SMS thing is all day long, right?
Make sure to register your card and follow the instructions. I saw that aTIME, which is an infertility resource organization for yidden is offering a way to donate $ and get it back from Amex. I’m not sure why you would want to give tzedaka to a worthwhile organization and get it back, but there are lots of companies that are online and you don’t even have to worry that they’re “open” on motzai Shabbos.
Online purchases or purchases made at chain stores are not eligible for this offer. You can shop a any small business that accepts Amex. It can be a fruit store, the pizza shop, toy store etc. I heard that some stores will be open on Motzei Shabbos because of this. Mostly Music sent out an email to everyone on their mailing list that they will be open.
You have to register your card before taking advantage of the offer.
