Hey! Is it that gray mess I keep skidding on in the streets? I didn’t know that that was snow…
That was snow. That is slushy dirty water.
we are supposed to get 3-6 inches today, and then it is supposed to be 50 on Wednesday. Surfing anyone?
Syag: Last week they were saying that we might see 50 this Thursday. HAven’t heard it repeated since Shabbos though.
my ipad app (shlita) says 54 for Thursday!!!! And it says 43 for Wednesday but I was pretty sure it said something else this morning.
Where do you live? We had no snow here but I saw pictures from Monsey and it was literally 3 ft deep.

Hey, we still might get 50 degrees on Thursday, just be prepared for massive flooding… YAY! A swimming pool that will help us deal with the heat wave! See, it’s the refuah before the makkah!

Way too much snow!!!! I heard schools will extend session into the summer.
School always extends into the summer, doesn’t it?
My kid’s schools aren’t making up days, and the public schools have snow days written into the calendar every year.
The snow was beautiful yesterday. For a short while you couldn’t even see to the end of the block. Nothing a little 4 wheel drive and a cup of hot chocolate couldn’t cure.
Schools should be closed by default and open only when cold but not snowy.
hooray! the snow melted into piles of mush and the sidewalks were clear enough for my kids to take out their unicycles. if only it would last a bit.
