I have many great ideas, the mods only allow a small amount to trickle through (I figure not to overwhelm the general population).

I came up with chumras no one thought of (like treating eggs as fleishig), ideas no one dreamed of (like doing biur chometz in a self-cleaning oven), and social issues (like solving shidduch crisis and placing wife at head of table).

Even if many disagreed with some of the ideas – it made them think and reevaluate old standards.

Does anyone think I should I write a book of my collected ideas – to be mezakeh ess harabbim?

what part of the feedback you have received gave you the impression people are reevaluating old standards.
Not quite what we are getting on this end…

I need a name for the sefer – a collection all my chiddushim, novel ideas and new approaches to solving issues. All the good names were used already. Open to thoughts? I am sure it will be a best seller.

I think you should name it “Perfect for the Round File”

New chumrah: No new seforim, because the printing press is a technology that led to widespread distribution of the NT.

You should call your sefer יֵין קַפְרִיסִין

    #1712332

You should call it “Meuvas Lo Yuchal Liskon”.

    #1712352

    You should call it

    שבו לכם פה עם החמור

    Because of the חומרות

Thoughts on including husband’s name שאול in Sefer’s name
    מִבֶּ֧טֶן שְׁא֛וֹל

    מִבֶּ֧טֶן שְׁא֛וֹל is from Yona 2:3
ויאמר קראתי מצרה לי אל ה’ ויענני מבטן שאול שועתי שמעת קולי

    שאול…… shovel maybe??

    #1713693

My husband שאול thinks there might be some people that would think it is disrespectful to him to call the sefer (מבטן שאול (שועתי שמעת, I can’t imagine why, but any voters?

Can my husband burn my sefer in the chometz? He claims he has a right to because of מה שקנה אשה קנה בעלה. Is my sefer really his?
