I know someone who tried to cough by heart and he ended up coughing up blood. If successful it can be great, but there is no question, its a big risk.

I thought the word was skit, and sketch is hebrew, no????? That’s what they say in hebrew, and so when i learned it i just thought it was the hebrew word for skit or something…
Sketch is an English word. It could be Hebrew slang, or a cognate, or one of those English words that has wormed its way into common usage in Israel. But it is definitely an English word.
