In fact, quite the opposite. Once there was a guy who left the house to take the bus to work. He saw his enemy and turned around to slap him and missed the bus. Later he found out that that bus had crashed.
April 2, 2015 10:04 pm at 10:04 pm #1072235sirvoddmortMemberWhat, do you mean, a story with no moral? I think the moral in that bus story is painfully obvious.
April 2, 2015 10:19 pm at 10:19 pm #1072236DikDukDuckParticipantThe bus crashed because the guy was not there to save it.

however if he was on that bus he wouldve been taken to the hospital where they would have found a tumor in his chest which ruptured and caused a heart attack
April 3, 2015 12:29 am at 12:29 am #1072239Sam2ParticipantEvery story has an infinite number of morals.
April 3, 2015 12:48 am at 12:48 am #1072240👑RebYidd23ParticipantThe bus crashed because the guy was not there to save it.
Perhaps the same could be said for the other story.
April 3, 2015 9:24 am at 9:24 am #1072241popa_bar_abbaParticipantThe worst are morals with no story.
April 3, 2015 10:51 am at 10:51 am #1072242☕️coffee addictParticipantrebyidd,
the moral of the story is obvious
you cant escape fate
April 3, 2015 12:23 pm at 12:23 pm #1072243sirvoddmortMemberThe moral of the story is so obvious I’m surprised nobody’s got it yet:
‘Punch people in the face if you don’t like them, and it’ll turn out for the best”.
April 13, 2015 3:53 am at 3:53 am #1072244☢️ Rand0m3x 🎲Participant“I can’t tell you just now what the moral of that is, but I shall remember it in a bit.”
“Perhaps it hasn’t one,” Alice ventured to remark.
“Tut, tut, child!” said the Duchess. “Everything’s got a moral, if only you can find it.”
Hmm, there’s a lesson in all this.
Okay. Let’s hear it.
Never let sixty angry kids use a herd
of laser cows to take over your house.
April 13, 2015 7:44 pm at 7:44 pm #1072245👑RebYidd23ParticipantSirvoddmort, that is not a moral.
April 14, 2015 8:01 pm at 8:01 pm #1072246GoldilocksParticipantThe moral of the bus story:
Yidden are not allowed to have enemies.
Since the story says that this person DID have an enemy, it must have been refering to a Rasha who it is a mitza to hate.
Since he was trying to do a mitzva (slapping the Rasha), he was saved from being on the bus that crashed.
April 14, 2015 9:40 pm at 9:40 pm #1072247👑RebYidd23ParticipantOr maybe he was doing something wrong.
April 14, 2015 9:49 pm at 9:49 pm #1072248showjoeParticipantBSD
Goldilocks: great spin on the story!
if it is true that one is allowed slap a rasha, then you are a great dan l’caf zcuser (is there a better word for that?)
