    There are several matchmakers out there for this purpose.

    I used to belong to one of them.

    Thank you for the reply. about me: I grew up going to a baptist church in the South(southern usa) i am a father of 2 great kids. I have been studying the bible for several years. as i have grown in spiritual wisdom i have accumulated many questions. I am in search of truth and the Lords word. I am only interested in learning new things and i am not out to try and push other ideas on anyone. I am only a student.

    There are all sorts of programs for that. If you want to study on your own there are many Jewish books, especially primary sources, available in English online.

    As mentioned, chabad.org is great for beginners. And the rest ItcheSrulik and Mod20 mentioned.

    I know quite a few people who came from a Christian background and became Jewish – you’d definitely not be the first!
