How is it best to finally take control of ones life?
1)Realizing the problem.
2)Figuring out constructive solutions.
3)Taking action even if it means doing things you aren’t comfortable with.
(i.e- going to therapy, taking medication, cutting off unhealthy relationships..etc)
Orchestrate when to take action and when to go with the flow, and you will be in control.
Get a stable contractual job. have a steady routine. have plenty of exercise outlets. Keep your house sparkling clean, that will help you think better and you will have much more clarity as a result. Wish you much hatzlocha in this!
