did anyone see the film? thoughts?
I didn’t, what was it about (I mean in detail, please don’t just say, “Moschiach”)?
The main idea was really to stop Machlokes… That there’s so much pain and hardships in our world and if we’d just be mochel whomever we have a machlokes with it will bring Moshiach closer…. It also talked alot about the different hardships that we shed tears on. It was really nice, I totally recommend going if you have the time. You can’t compare hearing about it to actually seeing it.
Where would someone ‘go’, to see it?
I”m not sure where you’re from, but they are showing it in most major towns in the NY area… Maybe check the Yated, or other local newspaper…

I didn’t attend but I heard from others that it was an amazing, beautiful, inspiring presentation. I hear it was really something!
For me personally, I only heard about it, from this thread.
Before that, I did not know it existed.
Chessedname: Since this is entertainment of a hashkafic nature it would require a haskamah. This movie has NO rabbinic haskamah. The rabbanim must know more than the average viewer.
The original advertisement for the film was a disgrace, taking advantage of a horrible tragedy to try and drum up ticket sales. I refuse to pay to see such a film.
