If one leaves to the mountains from Boro Park or Flatbush where is the proper place to recite Tefillas Haderech? Also, where is the correct place to recite it on the way back from South Fallsburg?
Isn’t there a defined shiur of X tefochim past the last house in the city?
We usually say it over the bridge.

coming from Bp/Flatbush-its usually the tunnel/bridge we go on when we are leaving NY. (not sure which one), but yeah ask your rav to be sure.
There are many different possibilities as far as which bridge/tunnel you can use to get into/out of NY.
Like I said ask a rav-but i imagine you can use either. Have a safe trip!!!
