For a job well done. Salted, re-salted and then some. Plowed re-plowed, scraped and scrubbed any visage of snow from our avenues and streets (and of course the new phrase invented after last year’s fiasco – the ‘tertiary streets’). I lost count of how many trucks came barreling down our block to redo what the one just five minute ago did.
Seems like this is the new “We’re not taking any chances” policy!
