    I have been having a problem for the last two days, logging in to my CR account. The site arbitrarily stopped accepting my old password, and all attempts to change the password and log in, were blocked. I attempted to change my account to re-register. Nothing doing. I received no less than a dozen emails form the YWN website with new passwords, and nothing happened.

    Mod 42, whom I was very fortunate to be able to contact, with Hashgocha Protis, gave me some suggestions. They, too, did not work. Until, I decided to take a chance and log in through a different internet explorer than the one which I typically use, and I was finally able to log in. I still cannot get in by way of AOL, which is my usual way, but at least I was able to post a hakoras hatov to Mod 42, for the effort at getting me back in the CR.

    (I still want to be able to use the AOL, though).

    AOL is sooo 1990’s.

    I know, but I am sooooooooooo in my 60s, and resistant to change. I find the old AOL that I used to install with a disc back in the Stone Ages, is more user-friendly for me than going through Internet Explorer, Mozilla, or Google. My kids think I’m nuts.

    FTR, I still am unable to access my account the way in which I have ever since I joined the CR years ago. But, as I am able to do so through Google Chrome while IN Aol, I am doing so. Thanks to the two Mods who tried to help me. I am still hoping to be able to fix the problem.
