    I heard the problem is because the production/distribution facilities need electric in order to operate. There’s no electric because there’s no gasoline for the utility companies’ vehicles to go out and fix those power cables. SO…

    they siphoned gas from 2 mini-vans on my block [read: stealing].. one yesterday & one today :/ (Brooklyn)
