    This Morning Staten Island Chuck the Groundhog predicted that it would be a long winter but before that happened hizzoner was holding chuck and dropped him how rude!

    The previous mayor has said that if chuck were leaner this never would have happened he is asking De Blasio to remove fatty foods from the feed at all city zoos.
