What would you do if you felt your political party turned against Judaism (this question is directed to both sides, if the left became to anti religion or the right becoming too anti Jewish)

    Switch parties.

Which is exactly what many Jewish Democrats did after the party became anti-religion and anti-Orthodox.

Read about Jewish German patriots, such as Nobel winner Fritz Haber, and their experiences in 1920-30s …

Haber was visiting Atlantic City before WW1 and was appalled seeing a “No Jews” notice. His host assured him that this is about “other” Eastern-European Jews, not people like them. Still, he remarked – I can’t imagine anything like that in Germany.

Any Goy, can at anytime, attack Frum Jews.
I couldn’t care less about party affiliations.
    Shomrim, etc. isn’t good enough.
E/o must able to defend themselves.
It doesn’t mean e/o should carry guns.
But there are many ways, eg. Mace, learn Martial Arts, Tasers.

When the Goy backed up into Jews, in Willy a few days ago, no one Stopped him.
Years ago, in Willy, they had an Immediate Chap Sum!
The Goyim learned to stay away from the Yidden!

Gun control is where it’s at. Every single murderous dictator outlawed and confiscated guns before their brutal, murderous campaigns. As someone put it: ‘If the Jews of Europe were armed, and SS officers had to worry that they might not return home to their families that night, things may have been very different’.

As Jews, we understand that we’re always going to end up being a target, and that Hashem is directing everything regardless of our physical preparedness. However, we still must do our part. Unfortunately, the current state of affairs in Israel (due to communist tactics) is not very appealing for many.

As Torah Jews we shouldn’t be having “our” political party

Indeed – after he moved to Israel, one Rav was asked which party he support. He replied – party of Moshe Rabbeinu

How many people have their own political party? Mike Bloomberg? Gary Johnson? Vermin Supreme? The question seems more about if a political party has you. Well, you erred from a Torah perspective in giving such prominence to shifting policies and moral standards that will never be applied. The affinity for a party is of itself turning against the Torah. See the first verse in Tehillem.
