    Also I want to say something. The whole entire idea that everything is truan and talk therapy heals trauma is wrong. Talk therapy tends to retramitize people. Reliving something you went through isn’t something people should want to do. Or it’s not the root cause of the problem but just a byproduct of a different issue. Actually you don’t have to do talk therapy at all to get rid of a traumatic situation. A lot of times it can be healed by giving the person what they need. Anxiety let’s say isn’t always an internal issue sometimes it’s because a person is living in an unsafe area. Eating the wrong foods. Like for example if you eat too much sugar your heart is going to race and your going to have more anxiety. Actually that’s not true but if your vegan yes your more prone to anxiety. Extreme ways of thinking actually also prob has an impact on anxiety. Lack of safety anxiety. The point is if you take the root cause away and give the person what they need. Like the fat and minerals that they are missing from their diet which cushion the cells and heal the nervous system. And put them in an environment where they arent alone….it will heal their anxiety. Depression what is depression. Lack of motivation. A need for rest. Even food defeciencies or like shown above something as simple as antibiotics lack of exercise. The root cause needs to be found as every person has a different root cause. Giving them what they need will heal the underlying root issue.

    Depression which I would think is sometimes lack of motivation or even being shunned by society or being hurt deeply, or simply making choices that are very detrimental to a person over a long period of time or it can be something as simple as a vitemen deficiency like lack of B12 and not eating properly lack of exercise..lack of purpose. Depression is not a life sentence but also a sign a person needs deep rest. Rest is very healing. Safety is very healing.

    Anyways sorry I’m not writing who I’m talking to my bad. I’ll limit my posts. alot of good things were said above. I believe whoever said things cannot be cured is wrong deppresion can be cured anxiety can be cured. Every part of a person’s unhappiness can be cured when given the right environment

    Always ask questions nobody takes “go to therapy” as an invitation for correction it’s usually used by condescending parties who are “out of touch” and think there will fix everything. Again a person’s root issues isn’t usually psychological but can be his _circumsrances_ _lifstyle_. And a host of other things. Telling him _he_ needs help is the rudest cruelest vile self centered thing to say to someone. Stop being condescending
