please be aware of violent “teen takeovers” happening across Florida in the spring break period this year.
for anyone that doesn’t know, teen takeovers are are large gathering of violent teens (mostly Africans) that happens through social media for the propose of disrupting order.
police departments are preparing countermeasures, but be aware of your surroundings and avoid any large suspicious gatherings.
March 22, 2026 12:27 pm at 12:27 pm #2527845ujmParticipantWhich part of Florida?
Florida is bigger than most countries.
March 22, 2026 12:27 pm at 12:27 pm #2527866bluekatchinsParticipantWhile the blood of the Jews in Israel is being spilled wholesale, it is abhorrent to the senses that instead of suffering along with your brothers and sisters, you concern yourselves with vacations. Just like the Shoah. Nothing has changed.
March 22, 2026 12:27 pm at 12:27 pm #2527942DovidBTParticipantIt’s not an issue for those of us who live here and have the common sense to avoid the schvartze areas.
March 22, 2026 12:27 pm at 12:27 pm #2528054Come onParticipantyou mean like in Bnei Brak?

B”H there are huge nissim here but still, I cant find the correct adjective to describe the feeling of hearing about your vacations while missiles are being hurled at us. Hashem Shochayn Btzion. He is watching over us!March 23, 2026 10:41 am at 10:41 am #2528248SQUARE_ROOTParticipantBlue Katchins is correct:

of Rabbi Moshe Sherer, chapter 22, page 547:During the 1991 [CE] Gulf War, Rabbi [Moshe] Sherer
spoke on the phone to [Mr. Yisrael] Katsover
[a longtime military reporter] almost every day:“He [Rabbi Moshe Sherer] didn’t sleep.
Every missile that fell [on Israel] was a cut in his own skin.”__________________________________________
PERSONAL COMMENT:At that time, Israel was a Secular Zionist state with
a Secular Zionist majority and Secular Zionist leaders!Yet Rabbi Moshe Sherer ZTL ZYA considered an attack
against Israel to be like a wound on his own body!March 23, 2026 2:03 pm at 2:03 pm #2528581DovidBTParticipantYou don’t think this is kinda racist lol
If you see a group of people behaving like animals, and say “I see a group of people behaving like animals”, is that racist?
March 23, 2026 9:18 pm at 9:18 pm #2528709qwerty613ParticipantTo the group
Rabbi Miller quoted the beginning of Parshas Noach, “Eileh Toldos Noach, Noach etc.” He asked the obvious question, “Shouldn’t the Posuk have said, Eileh Toldos Noach; Shem, Cham and Yafes in some order?” So, we learn from this that a person’s closest relative is himself. For all we talk about loving our fellow Jews, the only true love that a person has is for himself. This is an immutable fact. Therefore, for posters to say that it’s unconscionable for people to go on vacations during the current Matzav is nonsensical. During the Holocaust, as the Polish Jews were being decimated the Hungarians lived as normal. That’s human nature. There’s a famous story about an Israeli who went to Thailand with some friends after he completed his stint with the IDF. While there, a boa constrictor wrapped itself around him and was choking him to death. One of his compatriots told him to say Shema because it’s good to die with those words. He did so and the snake released its grip on him. As would be expected, the soldier became a BT but the person who told over the story, i.e he was also there, stayed secular. When asked, he responded, ‘The Nes didn’t happen to me.” People are very complicated and it’s difficult to tell them how they should act and feel. We can pass judgment on others but if Hashem judges us, He’ll certainly find things that He doesn’t like about each and every one of us.
March 23, 2026 9:19 pm at 9:19 pm #2528736user176ParticipantSomeone issues a warning, looking out for people traveling, caring for people, and you have the audacity to click on to it, read it, and complain about hearing about other people’s vacations during a war? Honestly a sickening take. If you actually cared about people in your heart you would have shared this same post.

MY RESPONSE:No offense intended, sir — but will all due respect,
your recent comment is false.
It is nothing more than wishful thinking. It is not only “schvartze areas” that Jews must avoid,
but also Muslims and other Jew-haters,
whose numbers are increasing very rapidly, Rachmana Latzlan.I wish you a very happy and a very kosher Pesach.

Your right, reality exists tho you might be a little extreme in your thinking but if people said the same about Jewish people you’d shriek antisemitism….perhaps you should treat other people the same way you want to be treated perhaps.
..just a thought….March 24, 2026 12:22 am at 12:22 am #2528948DovidBTParticipantif people said the same about Jewish people you’d shriek antisemitism
No, that’s what you would shriek.
March 24, 2026 1:16 pm at 1:16 pm #2529053rescueParticipantReally? I would shriek that lol. Sure….buddy
