To those who are Pesachdik, or who have a Pesach kitchen, what have you cooked and baked? What do you plan on cooking/baking?
Inspire the rest of us please.

We just dug out a bunch of stuff that got moldy and rusty because it got wet and have to scrub everything. I am quite dreading the whole thing so hearing that people are already cooked is not inspiring.

chicken soup w/ a whole chicken, kolichel, carrots, parsnips (petrishka), turnips, zucchinis, onions, sometimes a celery knob. soup gets served w/ Pesach lukshen; fleish gets served afterwards w/ sides like potato kugel, etc. & apple compote.
