(i’m a little slow today) I thought you meant “don’t you know its the nine days?!” when really all you meant was to comment that it must be the nine days if I want a fish recipe. I apologize for the mix-up ;-(

wash the salmon pour on garlic powder a little bit of curry and the honey bbq SPICE from billy bee. and bake it in the oven for like 20-25 min. not more
serve it with grilled veggis and brown rice. and vwala a healthy hearty supper!

They always have the freshest and most beatiful fish. thaey also deliver and if u want there # it’s 718-436-1151. (they even deliver to lakewood)
now the best way to cook it is to marinate in soy sauce put sesame seeds on it and then sear it. 2-3 minutes each side and ur done.

i make for friday night this recipe–w/ the teryaki sauce—-i also first smear olive oil
the mikee sesame teriyaki sauce is amazing—-so are the rest of the mikee product their fantastic
