1. bake/broil it with honey & teryaki sauce- sometimes I add mustard too. Also looks nice with sesame seeds sprinkled on top.
2. grill it with a good barbeque sauce- like you would do with a rib steak.
The trick is not to overcook it- it gets dry. Rather do it on a high temperature for a short time.
