It’s actually written in Koheles! Didja notice?
and conversely in Bereishis (Lo Tov Heyos Adam Levado)
I think that’s for a man. For a woman it’s:
?? ????? ?? ?? ?????? ?????, a saying in gemarah
The possuk in Koheles begins “tovim hashnayim…”
it happens to be said about a man because there was not yet woman. But the same logic is true both ways.
My class put on a song and dance performance of “tovim hashnayim” in elementary school…I still remember the melody!
jf: What’s the tune? And how did they connect that theme to elementary school girls?
