Urgent: Sources that Hashem loves every Jew?

Over on a different forum about Judaism I raised the following question:

“Are there any scriptural sources that Hashem loves each Jew individually? I know there are pesukim (verses) that deal with how Hashem treats or views Am Yisrael (the Jewish nation) as a whole, but what are the mekoros (sources) for individuals?”

So far, no one has been able to come up with any clear sources, so I’d love to know if anyone here has any? At this point, it doesn’t have to be davka scriptural, I’ll take midrash or gemara as well.
