Does anyone know of any services that provide virtual secretary for businesses. I need the phones to be answered but don’t have enough of a call volume to have someone full time. Basically, a frum call center.
February 15, 2012 10:25 pm at 10:25 pm #851828uneeqParticipantI have a family member that would probably be interested part-time. If you’re interested, I give permission to the mods give you my email.

February 16, 2012 2:45 am at 2:45 am #851830ToelesParticipantI would need it regular business hours. I need someone available all day. I don’t know what the call volume would be. I am looking for a business that probably has a few clients of this nature; a need to answer the phone during business hours but not enough call volume to hire someone for it.

February 16, 2012 4:47 am at 4:47 am #851832moreMemberwhy don’t you get a landline number on your cell, there are plans out there that would do it, alternatively if you are not available to answer calls you can have a voice automated system set up. it may be cheaper than hiring someone in the long-run. lastly you may opt to have your landline transfer the calls to your cellphone…depending on pricing, with this one though..lol.
transfering calls can result in a hefty sum on your bill at the end of the month…So check it out with your provider prior to any decision as such.
Good luck!

February 16, 2012 8:29 am at 8:29 am #851834babygooseParticipantFYI, there are companies who do this. find out about ptex group in Borough Park. i know there are a few such agencies. they hire a bunch of people to work in their call center, and they have plenty of companies using them.
p.s. they also do it for overseas companies.
February 16, 2012 9:57 pm at 9:57 pm #851835ToelesParticipantbabygoose – I cannot thank you enough for your response. I just spoke to ptex group and we might be going with them. It is exactly what we needed; a frum call center.
Dash- the reason it needs to be frum is that the nature of the business is that they need to be familiar with Shabbos, Yeshivos, etc.
more- thank you for the suggestion- for professionalism we really need to have a person answer every time and the ones working in the company cannot usually pick up
This is my first time posting on Yeshiva World. Thank you very much for everyone’s help. Please continue to respond if you know of any other call centers.
Thank you

February 17, 2012 12:24 am at 12:24 am #851838ToelesParticipantI guess you “chapped” my choice of username!
February 17, 2012 1:27 am at 1:27 am #851839writersoulParticipantYes, of course it’s l’toeles. That’s what he said— he needed a call service. Unless it was for someone else, in which case it WASN’T l’toeles.
