A question for girls who celebrated weddings: During the dancing, especially right away, in the first dance, were you particularly focused on what was going on around you, who you wanted to dance with, and pulling friends and relatives in any specific order or did you not even notice who, what, when and where during the dancing, everything was a big blur and ie.you wouldnt even notice if your Chassons sister who you only met once was in the circle or not.

Will tell you why asking but first wanted to hear your responses/experiences. Thanks!

Everyone’s different. Some are like this and some are like that.

I danced with my mother first, than my mil, than my sisters then my husband sisters then my cousin and so on. I was very aware of who was there and who I needed I dance with first. It’s not as much of a blur as you might think.

Everyone told me it would all be a blur and I wouldn’t even remember afterwards who I danced with. In reality, I knew exactly who I was dancing with, and who I still felt obligated or wanted to dance with, including the chassan’s sister whom I had barely met before.

SaysMe, you are a good person!

Pleased to meet you, even if we’re both meeting under assumed names.

It could be that the aforementioned “blur” was created for just this purpose! And it’s great to see someone have the brains to use it as it was meant to be.

thanks for the compliment golfer (blushing). I’m not actually so new around here though, i just tend to be quieter. Nice to officially be introduced tho!
