I wish I understood why some wedding halls have switched to rectangular plates. They take up a lot of room on a round table and I don’t think make the food on it particular appetizing. Any thoughts on this?
Ribbono Shel Olam please let this be our biggest concern
They can probably fit more of them in the dishwasher than round plates or not.
it was probably cheap because they were last years style or something like that
I guess they want guests to have a full, square meal at the wedding seudah…. 🙂
I ate of rectangular plates at a chassanah a few weeks ago and it made no difference to me. Some consider it more elegant, but for me it’s the taste that counts and as long as the plates are clean who cares about shape.
lol
It’s in style, apparently
