I’m a BT getting married this fall and I need your help. I don’t know what kind of music to play at the wedding! I don’t know the first thing about traditional Jewish music. If anyone can recommend any specific songs or artists that would be amazing. My Kallah and I would definitely prefer something in the klezmer direction as opposed to singer+synth genre. If anyone recommends any NYC-based DJs, we’re all ears. Thank you!

Totally lively, without the insanity! I hesitate to mention names, because someone may feel otherwise, so just “shop around” by word of mouth, and mazel tov!!

(He’s a goy, but his comedy skits are clean.) The video might bring a smile to your face if you’re getting overwhelmed by planning. 🙂

Hint: however much it sounds upbeat and jazzy, you do NOT want ‘zochreni noh’ played at your wedding. I don’t know why people do. It’s about Shimshon, when he is praying to Hashem to help him crush the Philistines, when he is chained up in their captivity. Not a wedding theme.
