i’m just wondering what everyone thinks is the normal weight? i dont wanna hear well it depends on your bone mass and all that, even though its all true. i’m only 5″2, and weigh 140! i really dont look fat though. I can’t believe the number! Anytime i tell someone they never believe me! how bout you?

You’re asking if we believe you?
I don’t.

depending on your frame, you may be a little overweight (4#) or a lot overweight (30#). Ideal weight for a medium women at 5’2″ is about 120. In any event, you should see you doctor to know.
Just because one may not look overweight does not mean that there are not health problem associated with being overweight. In other words, looks may be deceiving and so is flattery. See an honest doctor.

March 3, 2011 5:54 pm at 5:54 pm #746126rebbitzenMemberha ha! i was just wondering…i might be like a few pounds overweight according to my nutritionist..but thats all..
March 3, 2011 6:43 pm at 6:43 pm #746127bptParticipantWorking with the assumption that your’re somewhere under 65 y/o, knocking off 20 lbs should be an easy feat.
If you put your mind and body to it, you could hit your goal by the summer.
