Fiction? Non-fiction? What are some books and authors you’ve enjoyed in the past? It’s difficult to give recommendations without knowing at least a little bit about what you like.

Read cookbooks, if you are going to sem next year you might need to make a few meals for your self.

I really enjoy reading books by Agatha Christie- her Hercule Poirot mysteries. I am even in the middle of one now!

How To Win Friends And Influence People, by Dale Carnegie

Try Light of Ephraim. A book that will help you think about non-fiction as more interesting than fiction. Nefesh Hachaim will do as well

Any posts recommending books with explicitly inappropriate language or content will not end up approved. If the book is unknown, I need to look it up. I cannot approve book recommendations on this site that contain material that might be offensive. (And I have been very surprised by some of the suggestions)

There’s a relatively new book out from Artscroll called, “The Mountain Family”. Very inspiring!
