What does a girl look for in a guy? That’s a very general question obviously because it depends on in which circles you are dating. So I’m referring to a typical in town Bais Yaakov girl but it doesn’t have to be limited to that!
Someone who has no plan on how he will support her and the 7 children while he is learning in Kollel.
Even by giving the circle a girl is part of, one can not answer such questions as each individual girl is different. Some look for middos, some look for character, some look for looks, some look for smarts, etc. All in the same circle.
Why. Should a girl or guy have a plan? What’s wrong with figuring things out together???
Of course having an idea to a certain extent. But you can’t plan your life on one foot. These plans pple make prior to marriage never work.
Someone who will love her, take care of her, support her (when she’s can’t support him anymore) a guy who will listen to her when she’s talking to him. And most importantly a guy who will make her feel special. If you can do all the above ur set buddy.
A smoker who doesn’t learn, but doesn’t want to leave yeshiva either because then his wife won’t be able to say that they are in kollel.

most girls will not look into a smoker. asmoker says alot more about him than just pashut that. single guys just don’t smoke if you know whats good for you.

My personal opinion is girls want someone they can respect and be proud of. Whether its character, success, middos, money, looks, Learning, yichus,charm (or simply the fact that he breaths and she managed to get one)that depends on her own individual taste. I think thats just what it boils down to.
Ok, the real answer is: Someone who makes them feel safe.

noone answered my question…. pple these days think that if you don’t have a plan your garbage. someone can have a plan and be really hard to live with since they have to stick to thier plan. and if the other person’s plan is not compatible, whst happpens then?

There’s nothing wrong with figuring out things together, but people should have an idea of what they want in life; There will be areas of compromise, and areas of unbreakable standards. It is foolish not to prepare for the future, unless you are on a high level where you need no hishtadlus. Having a semblance of a plan is a direction. What you want in life. The key is knowing where to compromise and be flexible.

and what they said still stands;)!!! LOl!!! it’s so easy to tell, Also I don;t believe for a second that everyone else thinks you are female, no offense my friend. a guy who can be fun and easy going at times but also serious and shares interests and hobbies
and most importantly shares goals
