Ussually i post alot, but theres nothing to post on anymore! Nothing interesting……what happened when i was gone???
Attention Miss Shopping613- I feel that I must address you in the name of everyone else in the CR. We all see your incessant posts and we feel you hang out in the CR too much. That’s why the topics are boring to you because the CR is meant to briefly check into every couple days or so, just to see whats happening. You, on the other hand practically live here.
So please, find something to do and don’t check the CR every 5 minutes, and please don’t post unless you have something original, humorous, and appropriately mature, that other people would appreciate reading.

We all need to be a little nicer, and at the same time, we all need to be a little thicker-skinned. Just because one or two people expressed themselves (rather unkindly, btw) in an unflattering fashion, does not mean that others are in agreement.
Whether you are a teen or a middle-ager like me (or much older), if you express yourself respectfully, you have a right to do so. Who cares if someone disagrees with you, or some smart aleck says what he or she thinks is hilarious, but is nonetheless negative in your eyes? Let it roll off your back, and don’t let it prevent you from exercising your ability to express your opinion.
This is just terrible! is this how you talk to a teenage girl ? so shes a little annoying at times what teen isn’t? the badmouthing she has endured here is horrendous, shopping613 please please please don’t go i enjoy all your posts, don’t let these creeps chase you away you belong in the cr family.

I think the best thing for you is to “unplug” from the internet. You really need to live a little. I say that as someone who cares for you and see that you are in a hole. The internet is “good” in moderation. What you are doing is abusing it and possibly allowing yourself to develop an addiction. You are young. You can do so much. Please don’t waste your youth on the internet.
shopping613- they have a point,its ment as a little thing to take a bit of steam off,and to relax a bit adn find out news and thoughts of others not as a place to live yoru life,for me it would be much easier not hveing to leave my room cause as you said Jews can be mean,but i do because its a part of growing up and a way to just get over what we have to as apart of the human race 🙂 kids go otd of their own accord most times,if we wanted we could find nice people,but there are other reasons people choose not to stay frum or “jewish”,trust me. all the best,hope you arnt to offended:'(

idk I thought SlichosGenendel and yekke2 were being needlessly harsh. if someone is using the cr as their outlet I can think of worse things to do. I do think that a certain level of civility should be in order in a frum forum and we don’t have to be like every other forum in the world (although I myself may have been guilty in this area at times).

If you are quitting because of what SlichosGenendel said, please don’t. I consider any user who makes such sweeping statements with such meanness to be another screen-name of joseph. Don’t let it bother you.

Hi Shopping. Hope you’re enjoying your break…
Just thought I’d let you know how amazing I think it is that you always manage to be so upbeat here despite of what’s going on in your real life. It’s not easy being a teen especially when you feel so misunderstood.
Remember that one or two posters DO NOT represent the entire coffee room.
Keep up your colorful personality and enjoy life! You have so much to offer.
When you decide to come back many of us here will enjoy your cheerful comments.

I would like to apply to membership in SUC when you return.
“If i get enough “likes” for me to stay, ill come back, and post- in moderation.” … Don’t expect people to chase after you. I for one do not like to satisfy other people’s egos. You are so obviously calling for attention and love that it’s painful to watch (read). Out of minimal concern/pity I suggest you go find some real friends.
