Hello people,
Does anyone know anything about the Chestnut Ridge Jewish community just South of Monsey? I understand that it is pretty new and young. I am trying to figure out what kind of crowd lives there, is it more in town, mind your own business or out of town community, standards of living, cost of living, real estate market etc
Basically, all the things people ask about when considering a new spot.

It is a mixed crowd, mixed between Yeshivish, Litvish and Chasidish.
It is a very decent quiet neighborhood.
Cost of living, would depend on how much you plan on spending.. real estate market is good, prices are pretty decent over there.

It’s about two square miles.
Chestnut Ridge is about 40 miles north of Borough Park.
