I am very sorry, I have no rabbi. Askmoses.com was a very helpful source until recently. I have a lot of work, and I do not know what I can do on the Intermediate Days.

    1) Typing for my parent’s work

    2) Calculation for my parent’s work (nothing on paper)

    3) Typing and calculation for my unpaid internship

Typing on a computer is muttar for anything as long as nothing is being printed out.

Thank you. Is it permissible to write programs/computations?

The Minhag seems to be to be Meikil.

I used to have friends who used AskMoses. They got some answers that I later learned were very, very wrong. I can’t say anything about their current Rabbis but last I checked they are not trustworthy.

I just checked the scholars list on AskMoses. Most of them I never heard of but one of them I know and he’s reliable.

There are many people who actually work on Chol Hamoed. They physically go into the office like on a regular day. I think it used to be more common years ago than it is nowadays.
