Does anybody have any ideas about what to eat on pesach as a snack?
April 1, 2010 4:37 pm at 4:37 pm #682354smalltowngirlMemberya know it is funny, my kids said that they love pesach cause there is ALWAYS such good stuff to eat…
Now, part of me is gratified that they appreciate the effort involved in making certain that there is indeed ALWAYS something to eat – B”H!!!
However, the other part of me wonders about their perception that during the rest of the year there is not so much to eat…which is totally NOT the case.
There were some really great recipes floating around here, but I would also like to suggest keeping fresh fruits available as well as cut up veggies.

Vegetables
Matzah w/spreads (gebrokts eating people, of course)
Tuna fish
Eggs
Macaroons (is it truly Pesach without macaroons?)
Meat/Cold Cuts
Yogurt
Cheese
and much, much more. There is plenty to eat on Pesach.

April 1, 2010 9:42 pm at 9:42 pm #682362oomisParticipantWe went to the Amusement PArk today with the chidlren and aineklech, and I took matzah, jelly, and cream cheese sandwiches, bottled water, bananas, apple sauce, and juice. We did just fine, thanks. (I would have brought the chocolate bars, but that would have meant SHARING)
