if fingerprint sensing technology didn’t unlock phones or computers unless it also detects a normal pulse?

Would that be much difficult to spoof than just a fingerprint?

Meno- A finger maintains its fingerprint regardless of whether it’s attached to the hand or not. While it’s sickening it’s not an unheard of trick for criminals to use.

A thin silicone print of the fingerprint would probably still trick the machine though.

I heard a story a little while ago of a sleeping person’s finger
being used to open a phone.
