What I mean is,I’d like to create/sell something that you can’t just buy anywhere.I’m not lazy and I like to be creative, but it’s almost impossible to do something NEW and be competitively priced.Almost–but not entirely impossible.

Any(not-sarcastic) brainstorming would be most appreciated.

If I really do it,I’ll even send you a gift of hakoras hatov: maybe a check from Wolf’s ma’aser account.(joke, relax)But I really would send an appreciative gift.

    Correction

do something NEW and be competitively priced

If it is NEW it has to be REASONABLY priced. You wont have any competition if it is NEW.

For an example take products like Kosher Lamp and some of Ner Mitzva’s items. They have no competition but still have to be reasonably priced.

    Thanks,posters.

Frim: While those are all reasonable categories,I meant something entirely novel, not done/sold elsewhere yet.

Apushatayid: Good idea. However, while my cooking is decent,it’s not out of the ordinary.

N.A.I.A.W.I.Y.:I’d love to do something like that, but don’t you need a lot of capital($) to create a physical invention?

Technology is what you should be thinking of when you want to innovate. If you want a suggestion, you can work on wireless neurotransmitters that transfer learning to the human brain. If you can perfect it, kids around the world will drink to your name for saving them from 12-30 years of school.

I would love for someone to invent and manufacture some sort of nose glove and finger tip glove. I’m always freezing in those areas (bad circulation…)!

What we really need are shidduchim. I understand you’re good at them; most people aren’t. How about coming up with an innovative way to redt them? Some thoughts are: online, computerized, maybe get people together with a cup of coffee in the coffee room, etc.

Seriously, if you’re looking for a need in this market, shidduchs is it. ( Unless you can lower tuitions, help with parnassah, or get people’s children into yeshivas and sems of their choice).
