To hock means to pawn something
the shortes definition is HIE
Someone who Davens with a bluetooth headset.
I was in 7/11 on Ave M and the guy behind the counter asked this teenage frum guy what the hock is. Twas pretty funny!
I knew an owner of a non-kosher butcher shop & they sold “Ham Hock”….apparently, it’s a piece of an animal’s leg.
idk i always think of a hocker as some huge guy who whosits aroud and hocks about every person in the community, and gossip and such and knows everyones personal life story…hes the first one to know anything in tne community….that type….
I think a hocker is a man that just hocks…….lol 🙂
I think people are mixing up the hocker and tuna-beigel.
The blue-tooth davener is more tuna than hock…
I think they’re both the same, the only difference is the levush.
Hockers are serious 85% of the time, and know when they’re hocking.
Tunas are hocking 85% of the time, but think they’re being taken seriously 100% of time.
What’s the hock? Did he really say that? Guess Ave M is different. Here, we say, “vusi’nayez?”
