I have a hard time deciphering the fine line between boredom and hunger.

if you’re not sure if it’s boredom or hunger – take a drink of water. If you’re still hungry…. it’s probably hunger. If it’s boredom – you effectively took care of it!
Gosh if i would eat when im bored i would be so fat by now! Its crazy how bored and understimulated so many of us are these days i dunno why cos theres always something to do, but boring.

When i’m bored, I EAT!!! That’s why fast days are sooooo hard for me cuz i’m bored and i can’t eat!!! It doesn’t matter what I eat as long as it’s FOOD!!!
