It appears that we have some new posters that were still in the womb, at the time.

The computer was already invented then 20 years ago by IBM.

You mean the IBM compatible PC computer…

(R.E. If there was a coffee room, obviously there was a computer)

I was in the coffee room. My profile says I joined here in December 2006, almost 15 years ago!

The main site started on a blog platform in 2005, the main site moved to this current domain/platform in 2006 and the coffee room section started in 2008. Login registrations/usernames are shared between the (current) main site and the coffee room section but the coffee room profiles only show coffee room posts.

I wonder what the first non editor post was

People dont listen to rabbonim when it comes to fashion as R Moshe famously said (paraphrased) I cant compete with a shaigetz in Paris. If so Mutav sheyihu shoggin (and every girl who went to BY knows what theyr doing wrong so telling them again wont help).

As for the Rabbonim cozyong up I dont think thats fair. What do you expect they shouldnt talk to any of their balabatim? Im sure there is a strategy along the lines of if I am a part of his life then I can influence his life which is a proven one.

I think maybe instead of writing letters to YW we should all try and improve ourselves and our families and maybe, just maybe, well rub off on our neighbors. and in the meantime skip the kiddush.

I remember when it opened up. (I used to have a different username, many moons ago.)
Used to be much more active. Not much doing here these days.

Syag: Problem is that I don’t remember!
Stepped away from internet use for a good few years. Probably best to stay away even now, but my job requires me to use it. And so here I am.

If you can remember any one particular topic you posted on, or a fight you may have had with someone, you might be able to search some keywords. Or you could give us a few hints and we can look for it at this end

Is there a list of all registered users we can access? I’d probably recognize my old name upon seeing it.
