    @avira
    I don’t know any and never heard about any non-yekke who washes before kiddush.

    you say you don’t know any other posek who frowns upon non yekes doing this…that is, they’re ok with it? or they never heard about it/were never asked about it?

    What’s the halachic basis for Yekkes only waiting three hours and Dutch only waiting one hour between fleishigs and milichigs?

    Participant; I’ve been a guest in many yeshivishe houses that on occasion will, to save time, make a yekkishe kiddush. It could be that almost no one in your community does that, but I’ve seen it several times. That’s why Rav Belsky spoke about it.

    Do the non-Yekkes who sometimes do the Yekkishe washing before Kiddush also sometimes eat milichigs three hours after fleishigs?

    is this a major kulah? you make Kiddush, you wash, you eat challah, just in a different order. You also make kiddush with clean hands. Just had in the daf, Kohen Godel reads one of the parshiyot by heart instead of a scroll to avoid tircha d;tziburah, surely you can say kiddush with clean hands. I’ve seen people doing it not as a routine but in certain circustances, say in a sukkah where coming in and out takes long time.

    It’s a kulah because it’s a shailoh of hefsek between netilas yadayim and hamotzi. Those who allow is hold that since the kiddush is le’tzorech the seudah, it’s not a hefsek.
