I know as a general rule, Orthodox Judaism follows the SA (or for Ashkenazi Jews, the Rema on the SA). What are examples where we don’t follow the SA?
Off the top of my head:
1: Simin 240 in OHC is in many cases not followed L’Halacha.
The various Kuntraisim are used, and each to their own.
2: Klal Yisroel has Paskened like the Bach that there is no Chadash in Chul, it is questionable if the Rema agrees.
