Which ones just don’t grab your interest? even though dozens of other posters keep them going.
The kiddie threads.
That’s a great thread topic! Political, controversial, and leitzanus/silly are not tempting at all. The halacha threads amaze me but are over my head. I do sometimes wonder what keeps some of the threads going when I either thought, or hoped they wouldn’t.
Threads that ask a question that have a very simple answer that is answered in the first post but go on forever. Those are annoying.
Any that sound like they’ll be all about bashing other yidden or other posters i dont open unless they get big and then i chk the last post to see if its gone off on a safe but interestiing tangent.
Any thread that i feel starts going off color, or getting mean, or machlokes-y, i stop reading. Threads whose title don’t sound like they’ll have anything for me, like those addressed to tanach knowledgables :), or those dedicated to dark humor like cutting brake lines or putting visine in others drinks, or those filled with back n forth that consists solely of large quotes of hebrew sforim i dont bother with.
This thread however, has caught my interest! 🙂

The stupid troll threads, that tend to be ripe with juvenile idiocy, either asking a really stupid simplistic question or alternatively asking a complex controversial issue in simplistic terms.

The ones where people sound bored and are just trying to start up a discussion about nothing.
The ones that have no connection to me (ie:Lakewood. I don’t live there, so if there’s a shortage of schools…)
The one’s I know nothing about (computers)
The ones that bash people.

The linen ones. Tends to get dicey when you have wool clothing.
Anything that has to do with shiduchim, lipstick, ladys, Halachah (when nobody knows what they are talking about), different hashkafik veiws, and all other threads that have no purpose, and are immature and stupid.
There are very few threads that I read.
Perhaps, then, you’d feel more comfortable and productive spending your time on a cooking and baking forum.
The threads that are actually about important stuff.
Threads commented last by someone on a mass thread-bumping rampage. Hours of operation xx:xx – xx:xx (36 hour format).

Well, I was ignoring the IDF/anti-IDF thread but now that it’s closed I’m ignoring the woman’s torah’s worth thread.
