I used to think this website was run by Rabbis in black hats and the people who posted were yeshiva bochrim and kollel guys.
Now I think the people who posts are in general high school kids.

Joseph also runs YWN but he is not a Rabbi although he wears a black hat in public.
I am very disappointed that no one was sent to do something.
I hope the head mod or the guy who runs YWN will see this.
a Torah site should not have mods doing aveiros.

I stated in the original article to change the comment I found so disturbing and to make mods more aware of this problem. Please refer to my original post, I expect the comment to be changed. The original post was on ” frei and shiksa” something like that. Thanks for SOMEONE asking.

here’s the deal
there are a bunch of moderators. different moderators are on at different and random times. sometimes a moderator will be unavailable for a long span of time. so posting about an issue repeatedly and in a short time frame does nothing more than harass the available moderator (aka me), who may not be equipped to deal with your problem. I definitely hear your complaint, but the only thing to do here is to wait a bit until you can reasonably expect the the mod you have an issue with to respond.

You can’t please everyone and it would be silly to try. They can’t listen to every troll that makes his or her way over here and decides they have a problem with the content.
syag- i know, and i understand. But please don’t. It probably won’t help, so don’t bring up old mistakes?
shopping- i do agree with your post, but you can only give your input, requests and suggestions, but (unfortunately?) as only a poster, not a mod, or in some cases as only a mod, not the editor/owner, you can’t control what is or isn’t ultimately done

Its not the content, its that a mod went and said something very mean to a User and publicly embarresed him, and only I think its wrong?
Syag: that’s true, and I’m not leaving, even if they don’t do something which they should. This is how I’m outletting my energy, if YOU don’t like it feel free to ignore me like half the posters on the site ignore my whole thing with SUC even though its on every post. But I feel its wrong to embarrass a User in public, feel free to ask a shaila. And I’m trying g to tell the truth and be nice at the same time, I’m sorry if I offended you or the other User.

reminding mods to be courtes? Or bring the attention to the mod who did it or all mods or the head mod? P.s. it helps when you write you actually read how I feel and you understand
Plus when a mod writes stuff in bold, he dosent always sign it, I have no idea which mod (as you say) to “harass”
