Im from the UK and looking for a frum/yeshivish but Chilled/relaxed yeshiva but they dont seem to exist without the bochurim having smartphones, girlfreinds, hanging out on ben, dirty talk etc any suggestions?

You want a “chilled” environment without all the “chilling” stuff….perhaps explain what specific educational attributes you are looking for. Also, do you want to chill-out in the U.S. or EY?? The chill factors are quite different between Brooklyn and Bnai Brak…
