Why does the moderator keep on deleting my threads? After all I put much effort into each and every one.
October 5, 2014 11:01 pm at 11:01 pm #1034527Letakein GirlParticipantRead the rules in the sticky thread, and you’ll find out.

October 5, 2014 11:34 pm at 11:34 pm #1034530cozimjewishMemberI read them. I still didn’t see what rule I violated, but…..
October 5, 2014 11:56 pm at 11:56 pm #1034531RandomexMemberI’ve been keeping a copy of my posts for a while. If it’s too much trouble to copy and paste every attempt into a file, you can use a keylogger program, though it’s not perfect for the use (whatever order you type things in, that’s the way they are in the log, and nothing is removed).
Cozimjewish:
Try re-reading the rules (both stickys), then drafting your thread again while keeping them in mind.

-
“hey, what does everyone think of <insert posters name>?”
“I think non Jewish <insert any topic here> are sooo much better than Jewish ones”
“I know it contains a lot of pritzus but has anyone seen/read/heard <insert movie, book, song here>, just wondering what you thought of it!”
“Anyone else have a lousy experience with <insert name of kosher restaurant, store, salesperson etc here> or was it just me?!?

October 6, 2014 4:07 am at 4:07 am #1034538AZOI.ISParticipantI feel the same way! Im baffled. I just read all the rules and cant see why my thread about the Klinghoffer Opera that will be shown in Lincon Center is a horrendous anti-semitic pro-terrorist propaganza vehicle, and the only reason I could understand Yeshiva World not allowing my thread, is if they have pro-Palestinians among them.
Dunno.
That was because we do not allow links.
October 6, 2014 4:25 am at 4:25 am #1034539AZOI.ISParticipantOK, thanks so much. I didnt realize ALL links are problematic. Im glad you clarified. Its on it way soon, minus all links.
October 6, 2014 5:15 am at 5:15 am #1034540Little FroggieParticipantNo, the question is why they delete posters…
October 7, 2014 5:21 am at 5:21 am #1034542always runs with scissors fastParticipantwhenever I have an urge to share my strong opinions. …I know most of them get censored and deleted here.
I feel sad that after surviving the kgb. ..and meriting to be in america with the freedom of speech. ..it’s silly..to have your thing not posted cause it may ruffle some cuckoo’s feathers.
I don’t see anything about feather ruffling on the list
October 7, 2014 5:50 am at 5:50 am #1034543Little FroggieParticipantWha?!? You??? From Russia? WOW!!!!
Welcome to our little continent.
October 7, 2014 9:43 am at 9:43 am #1034544sm29Participantwhile it’s good to have freedom of speech, we also need to consider shemiras halashon and keeping this place a nice place to chat. Of course things can get a bit heated. But we should keep it a nice place
