They don’t really change direction, they converge to the same five or six topics, because those topics are what most of the users are most interested in talking about.

Threads generally stay on topic but if they don’t it is probably because the baseball season is starting. Did you know that Alex Rodriguez was cutting his taxes?

The topic of this thread is how threads change directions, well looking at the posts here this proves the threads point which makes this thread the only one that DID stay on topic!

Goq~ easy-shmeezy, B’H… you lie on your back on a table that has an attached x-ray ‘arm’ suspended over it. the technician moves it first from ankles to hips, then hip to chest; then a separate step where they do your arm. I believe it took less than 15 minutes. then the radiologist examined the results on the computer & gave me a basic ‘it’s within normal range (B’H!), & the complete results will be sent to your doctor.” completely painless, no pre-procedure preps needed. g’luck 🙂

zeeskite – i have no idea what you’re talking about. take a look at the “i see a boat” thread or the “we miss you” thread, and you’ll see that your point is pointless. 😉

ZeesKite: I spent two hours yesterday, pressing. The clothes still look wrinkled. Must learn to check labels for higher polyester count before I buy.

    minyan gal:

I agree. That IS a pressing matter. You want those threads to change direction. By pressing. Hope it doesn’t get depressing.!

Only on Tuesdays, definitely. Nothing to talk about.

    – On a more serious note, it is a problem. One poster writes something slightly off the point, and it’s all downhill from there!!! I started a thread about questions to ask missionaries, and the majority of posters did nothing like that. Why can’t people start their own threads if they have something to add?

    Hi yekke2.

Great point about one poster writing something slightly off the point and then it’s all downhill from there..

Wouldnt it be better to say it’s sidehill?

lol @ your point about the missionary question and the rest of the people posted nothing on topic..lol.

BTGuy – that Lol is because you agree, sympathize or simply disagree?
