I am in seminary, and I am going home for pesach (to New York), and I realized that I have acquired so many things this year such as 20 seforim, and the linens that were delivered when I arrived, that I feel like I am going to be giving away half of my possessions at the end of the year. Is that normal?

When I was in Israel I brought home whatever I was able to Pesach time as well as a suitcase for a friend that was staying in Israel. I also asked a relative to take home a suitcase for me at the end of the year. Plus I was allowed two pieces of luggage…

You could give them to me!! 🙂 With the new 1-luggage rule I’m gonna need everything anyone could give me! 😛

By the way, paying for an additional bag is cheaper than paying for stuff there with the amount they charge for stuff.

you can sell your seforim to a girl from next year. Linen possibly too. Or if you have someone to leave a bag with, you can keep an ear out for people willing to bring it back

i hear. one of my best friends volunteered to bring all my stuff back, but as I am going through that, it would be impossible.
