If we are all children of Adam and Chava, why are there all different types of Human Beings? There are White, Black, Asian, Middle Eastern, Chinese, Indian and plenty more. In theory , genetically we as human beings should all look somewhat similar. But that is not the case. Why?

Our great Creator up there, in His Wisdom decided to create each in his/her own unique form, never before used or imitated. Masterful artist that He is, each one is truly a masterpiece, a refelection of its designer! ?? ???? ???? ????.
Because high melanin levels are necessary for sun protection, but can block sun rays that are needed for vitamin D.
We all do look somewhat similiar unlike the more siugnificant difference in appearance in other species such as dogs.
So that we can’t steal each other’s wives and property.
We do look similar. If we were any more alike it would be impossible to tell people apart by sight (and Ha-Shem didn’t give us a strong sense of smell, unlike dogs). If you compare humans to the nearest non-human based on genetics and anatomy (various types of apes), you should have no trouble telling them apart. Difference such as height, skin color, etc, and actually trivial and change quickly whenever people move to new regions (i.e. after a few thousand years, people who migrated to high mountains developed better lungs to handle the thin air). You should note that when humans who look “different” live in close proximity, they produce children with characteristics from both parents, which further supports my argument that physical differences are negligible.
We could all be the same race and still look different enough that we can’t steal each other’s wives and property.
If we all looked similar then it would be too easy to raid the fridge in someone else’s house

I don’t think that’s a good argument. Animals from different
species also produce offspring with traits of both parents –
that doesn’t mean that there’s no real difference between the species.
Someone with Prosopagnosia isn’t able to tell apart faces. It’s considered being like facially blind. Different story though
